Low air pressure – wait until air pressure is above 6 bar
Incorrect system engagement – refer to section 4:5/6 of manual, apply park brake, check screen for warnings
Check if green light is flashing on the hose reel, check screen for warnings
Low water – fill tank
Faulty low water switch – repair or replace
Remote logged on – turn remote off
Faulty pressure transducer – repair or replace
Water seals leaking – replace seals
Air leakage in suction line – repair or replace
Air entrapment – bleed pump
Worn valve disc – service pump
Stuck valve – service pump
Worn valve disc – service pump
Engine rpm too low – adjust
Worn or incorrect nozzle – check nozzle number against flow selection
Worn regulator – check for bypass to top of tank repair if required
Low oil level – service pump
Water seals leaking – replace seals
Air leakage in suction line – repair or replace
Air entrapment – bleed pump
Worn valve disc – service pump
Stuck valve – service pump
Engine rpm too low – adjust
Worn or incorrect nozzle – check nozzle number against flow selection
Worn regulator – check for bypass to top of tank repair if required

Over maximum pressure – check screen for warnings
Remote control battery flat (optional) – change battery
Remote control loses communication link – check screen for warnings
PTO not engaged – engage PTO
Truck not in gear – check
Low hydraulic – oil fill
Ruptured hose or fitting – repair/replace
Hose freewheel “on” – turn to “off” position
Speed control set too low – adjust prioty flow control
Hose reel speed control set to fast – adjust prioty flow control
Blocked orifice in cylinder – service and clean
Check screen for alarm messages
Blocked nozzle – check & unblock
Nozzle incorrect size – check if correct nozzle
Kinked sewer hose – inspect & repair
Blown fuse – replace fuse
Emergency stop – activated reset
Pressure transducer fault – replace
Pump over pressure – blocked nozzle or incorect nozzle
Changing from jetting mode to hand
Low water – fill with water
Incorrect engagement – reset and start again
Faulty pressure transducer – check and replace
To assist in fault finding all hydraulic and pneumatic solenoid valves have LED’S and manual overrides.
