Leaking air hose or fitting – Repair/Replace

Truck not in gear – Select correct gear
Ancillary mode drive gear not selected – Engage
Incorrect procedure for engagement – Refer Section 6 of Manual
Emergency stop button engaged – Reset
System not engaged – Engage
Remote not connected – Connect correctly
Remote damaged – Repair/Replace
Emergency Stop activated – Reset
Debris tank full – Empty
Drive belt loose or broken – Adjust/Replace
Electrical fault Check (Refer Section 16 of Manual)
Remote control System “ON” not activated – Activate
Flat battery – Charge
Module plug not connected – Connect
Controller damaged – Repair
Drive Belt loose (banging noise) – Adjust belt tension. Adjust vacuum pump clutch
System not engaged – Engage
Remote not connected – Connect correctly
Remote damaged – Repair/Replace
Emergency Stop activated – Reset
Water level too low – Fill
Electrical fault – Check (Refer Section 16 of Manual)
Remote control System “ON” not activated – Activate
Flat battery – Charge
Module plug not connected – Connect
Controller damaged – Repair
Faulty Low Water switch – Replace
Incorrect drive gear selected (Manual Only) – Select correct gear
Vacuum filter blocked – Clean
Dewater valve not closed – Close
Tank drain valve not closed – (Option) Close
Blocked boom hose or ‘T’ piece – Clear
Damaged or missing sight gauge – Repair/Replace
Vacuum relief valve/s jammed – Free
Boom hose worn – Replace
Tank internal filter restricted – Clean
Loose drive belt – Adjust
Damaged door seal – Replace
Cover loose on plenum box – Tighten
Worn lobes on vacuum pump – Repair
Inspection cover on T-Piece not fitted – Fit
Incorrect drive gear selected (manual Only) – Select correct gear
RPM selection switch set too low – Reset
Water pressure selection switch set to low – Switch to High
Dirty water filter – Clean
Incorrect or worn jetting nozzle – Replace
Filter isolation valve not fully open – Open
Water drain valve not properly closed – Close
Damaged sewer hose or fitting – Repair/Replace
Leaking rotary union/s – Repair/Replace
Regulator has worn valve/seat – Repair/Replace
Pump valves or packings worn – Repair/Replace
Regulator air pressure too low – Adjust
Water leak in water supply – Replace
Tank flush diversion valve worn – Replace
Hydraulic oil low level – Fill
Blocked return filters – Replace
Ruptured line or fitting – Repair/Replace
Relief valve set too low – Adjustment required
System not engaged – Engage
Emergency Stop activated at rear of unit Remote or control panel – Reset
Water level too low – Fill

Pump valves or packings worn – Repair/Replace
Faulty low water switch – Replace
Water leak in water supply – Replace/Change
Hydro Excavation Pump pulsing on and off – Leak in system, hose, rotary union, gun
